Walk away with the knowledge necessary to create an effective data team within your system.  The workshop has three objectives:  1)  Data Team Essentials will detail components of Data Literacy, definitions and team membership;  2)  Data Driven Culture will develop an understanding of how best to build this culture; and 3) Data Action Teams at Work will delve into what data teams do and describe essential knowledge / skills for the team's work.  The strategies and resources shared can become the foundation for your "first steps" at your site.
